"Ro at the front desk worked so hard to get me a pet-friendly room after I mistakenly booked a regular room through Expedia (pro tip - call ahead if using Expedia). After a very challenging few days on the road, including a visit to the emergency vet, we needed a safe, quiet, clean place to stay. Thanks to Ro, we got exactly what the doctor ordered! "Great overall but the rooms need an update, there for daughters softball tournament and rooms dirty and wall paper was coming off the wall and stains on carpets and had a weird smell not just in our room but the girls rooms too but the rest of the building was clean and nice and pool and hot tub were very clean food was great service and management were awsome just rooms need update"
