"Check in was great , we came in a couple hrs early and our room was cleaned which was nice ! "

"This was a quick book a room after a horrible issues going on on the way up there that changed our whole plans. We were tired after a long drive. Emily checked us in and was really helpful. She suggested some camp sites because we were up there suppose to camp but it didn’t work out at the booked spot so that’s why we got the hotel. We ended up asking about price for the week because we liked the room and Emily did try to find us the best deal. We ended up going to another hotel that was a couple of hundred cheaper for the week but we appreciated her help. The first room the ac didn’t work and Emily was able to switch our room to the one across the hall and that ac worked. The hotel is in walking distance of Buffalo Wild Wings but we couldn’t get in because staffing was low or something and they were booked for 3 hours. But it is an option. The area and hotel was nice. The pool didn’t look bad but we didn’t go in."

"I understand this is going thru renovations but not having restaurants open, parking lot rutted with pot holes, elevators not working, just did not add to the ambiance. And sone people smoking in casinos. Was told completely non smoking. So not really. "

"Great stay, very quiet. Staff was very friendly and gave great spots to visit. Cleaning person cleaned the room even though we left a note o ly asking for a couple items. Never realized how nice it was to come back to a cleaned room after a long day! We usually just hang the do not disturb tag out. Thanks for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed!"

"Great view of Lake Superior from our room. Had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and the room and property were very nice and comfortable. "
