"Very helpful front desk clerks. Helpful upon check in to tell us what to see and do in Munising. Recommended food truck in parking lot for really good pizza delivered fresh and hot to our table in the lobby area the first night. The second day we went to book the boat tour, but the boats hadn't gone on the lake for the last 4 days due to high winds and waves. The staff couldn't guarantee the boats would operate the next day, either. When we checked in with the desk clerk on Sunday,we thought it best not to stay another day. The clerk gave us a phone number for contacting Expedia (who had our reservation in the Boarders Inn system), and suggested that we might be able to get a refund on the room if we decided to leave early. We had trouble contacting Expedia, they didn't recognize our booking number for cancellation, perhaps because we were currently one night in the stay. But the clerk got through to cancel our room, and we are very grateful for her help. We will definitely stay there again due to quality hotel and great helpful staff. "

"This property was more than comfortable and fun. Like 2 seperate homes so the football people could enjoy the downsyairs with a great TV and comfortable seating. Upstairs we did pizzles and enjoyed the view. "

"WOW!Outside is a beautiful sandy walk to the gorgeous shore of Lake Superior. Perfect for Kite flying, wonderfully brisk swims, rock hunting, the view is amazing!!! Fire pit halfway to Superior in a perfect little depression between the dunes. We ran out of Marshmallows and had to restock!!Inside are wonderful clean beds, great little bathroom with a super cool rock floor shower. Perfect kitchen for small or larger meals. We fed five adults around a wonderful table with perfect bench seating. Loved all the books and the decor in the Great Escape! We are ready to book again for next year. Thank you SO MUCH for opening your home to us for a week! "
