"This is my first time of using this service and i struggled with the communication. I kept getting notified of messages, but never received any, other than the check in procedure and some house rules. The home was lovely, the fireplace was wonderful, the kitchen was amazing and the bathrooms were excellent. My only criticism is that the second and third bedrooms were not air-conditioned! This is Warwick in late autumn. My friends froze while they were sleeping."

Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type."
