"I have to say, I love this hotel! Highly recommended! I booked the hotel through Expedia a week ago. Reserved 2 nights stay. However, when we almost arrived the hotel, we got a phone call and we needed to go back to Toronto the next morning. I contacted the hotel and see if they could help me to cancel the 2nd night’s reservation. And Gina, the lovely lady, she helped and guided me how to proceed with Expedia. Unfortunately, after being transferred to many different phone lines from Expedia, the service representative said they couldn’t do anything. And back to the hotel, Gina helped me to arrange the cancellation and communicated with Expedia and the hotel’s accountant. And she helped me to cancel the 2nd night’s reservation. She was really really helpful and sweet! And all the employees were so nice and polite. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great! And it’s so quiet, compared with many other hotels we stayed before, this one is the one of the best ones!!!!!!! We will definitely come back! "

"Very nice Inn near Upper Canada Village. Cllean, comfortable room with comfortable beds and good wifi. Excellent food at the restaurant with a large selection of dishes to choose from. The only issue is that the restaurant isn't open for breakfast. We would stay here again."
