"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"This studio apartment was located in walking distance to my destination at the university and was clean and spacious. On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. "Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses ist sehr geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß, die Betten sind wirklich Spitze!! Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. "Hazienda was super nice place for our family vacation during Christmas break. We truly enjoyed our stay and made us fill at home. Kitchen was adequate for our light cooking during holiday and we really liked walkable neighborhood this apartment was situated on. Heated floor helped us when dealing with unexpected wet weather during our winter break. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Baden-Baden."

"Wir haben kurzentschlossen diese Unterkunft gewählt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Da es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt, war es trotz der Hitze ausreichend kühl. Ein Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle wären perfekt gewesen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Sollte es uns noch einmal in diese Ecke ziehen, würden wir gerne wieder kommen."

"Although we were only there for one night, it was enjoyable and comfortable. Views were spectacular surrounded by forest. One of our teens had to sleep outside as the couch was too small but luckily he was okay with it. Our phones still did not work well but we spoke to a hotel owner that helped us with directions to the nearest store."
