The reception area could be improved with better atmosphere and ambiente. The staff were good but not overyl motivated. Room was very good and thankful of Air Conditioning. Bar not open which added to the lack of atmosphere. Nevertheless, would recommend and return

It was a very nice stay. The room was clean, the staff was really friendly and useful, and the location of the hotel is very convenient since it is right in front of the tram stop that takes you to the train station or to the centre of the city

This is a very pleasant hotel: clean, attractive decor and very spacious. Our room was superb, the location is excellent and the personal were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Warning. They say they have air conditioning but they don’t. We stayed here on a hot summer day and became painfully aware of this. They apparently have a “central ventilation system for air circulation” which in my opinion does not cut it when it’s 32c/90f outside.

The hotel is conveniently located and very comfortable room! The staff was very friendly and informative with 24 hr front desk service. The only things that were a little turn down was the noise of the street train and the parking was pricey 24 euros per night. In all, it was a great option for us staying just 1 night.

The only reason I am NOT giving this hotel 5 stars is because our room was never cleaned during the six days we stayed. We asked at the front desk and both times we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. Primarily we just wanted the garbage emptied and some new towels. No explanation, it just wasn't done. Other than that, I was happy with the hotel, the room and it's location.

The stay was really nice and they are available for late check-in which is something to consider when traveling in Europe. The room was clean and has good air conditioning. The view from the room is not bad, depending on where your room is. I booked twice and got two different views - street side and back neighborhood side - both of which were decent. The restaurant downstairs has a good food selection for dinner. There is a nice grocery across the hotel for any quick snacks craving. Overall, locationwise it is a very good place to stay in Karlsruhe.
