"Our three-night stay at Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus was absolutely lovely. Our room was very well appointed, and the location was wonderful and just a short walk to the Museum Quarters and about a 15–20 minutes to Naschmarkt. On a somewhat unusual side note, we’re on an extended trip through Eastern Europe, and I recently had a knee replacement. I’ve had surprising difficulty getting extra pillows to elevate my leg at almost every hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff at Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus sent extra pillows up immediately. After a long day of sightseeing, we stopped in the bar for a glass of wine, and the staff even volunteered to bring me ice for my leg. It’s those little touches that go a long way and speak volumes about the attentiveness of the staff. I would highly recommend Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus."

"We LOVED our recent stay at The Ruby Marie!! It’s a perfect location very close to all, with only one block walk to the U Bahn that is only about 4 stops from the Stephansdom and center or Vienna. There’s tons of great coffee and breakfast places around, as well as great shopping. The staff was so friendly and the vibe is super chillax and cool. The bar is open like 24-7 and has the most comfy corners to hang out in. The soaps and shampoos smell so amazing that they even have to sell them in the lobby people love them so much. (Smells are a big thing for me staying in hotels.) I will absolutely book this hotel again when I visit Vienna. I can’t say enough great things about this cool boutique Viennese hotel. It’s the best! And we were a party of 6 with 3 rooms and we all loved it. The rooms aren’t huge but they are perfect for being on the go and visiting Vienna."
