"Extremely old fashioned furniture . Very dusty . Bed linen got marks on bed low and uncomfortable. Didn’t stay the night went to concert and drove. Extremely disappointing. Needs more care and attention. Would not recommend and certainly not stay again"

"Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!"
