"NEXT TO THE IOWA CITY HOSPITAL SO IT WAS GREAT FOR US REALLY CLEAN AND CONVINIENT"

"Easy access from the Interstate, clean room and premises, kind staff. Typical breakfast. Parking was conveniently located across the street."

"I thought with Hilton buying this property there would have been immediate upgrades. The Graduate is still the same outdated, mediocre hotel it has been for years. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, everything else is just ok."

"Very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Good breakfast also."

"We were there for a tournament and lost the first game. The staff was very helpful in cancelling the remainder of our reservation which I very much appreciated. The room was clean but not well maintained. The mattress on our bed was not good at all. My husband almost rolled out of the bed during the night because it was so soft. The air conditioner/heater had a huge rusty spot on it. The bathroom fan did not work so the bathroom was very foggy/moist. My husband said that we will not stay...

"I had stayed here"

"Lobby smelled like pot. Hallways were super loud in the middle of the night. Beds were clean. Just really needs a building overhaul."

"Not good. I booked this room earlier this year when Univ of IA Homecoming dates were announced; rates are always raised, but this property seemed to be mid-price with above-average reviews. Disappointed at the state of this hotel, especially for the high rate they were charging. Desk and breakfast area staff were nice, but they seemed understaffed and ill-equipped to handle the Homecoming weekend crowd. There were lines of ppl trying to check in and out at the front desk. Floors and carpets...

"Wouldn’t recommend"

"Amazing breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were terrific. Best hotel stay I have had in a while."

"Nicole at the front desk was amazing!!"

"Quick check in and check out"
