"Shout out to front desk staffs especially Kumar and Jennifer for their help. Other staffs were very helpful too but I forgot their names. We had multiple reservations for different number of days and different rooms under different bookings so we caused some confusion but they sorted it out for us. The front desk staffs were very accommodating as we needed ground floor rooms and walk-in showers. We had problems with our key cards a number of times and they were very patient and helped us with that too. They further refunded a booking which I forgot to cancel. All in all, the staffs were very professional and helpful and we really appreciated them. Will recommend and stay here again for sure."
