"The common areas - lobby, restaurant and lounge were bright with glass work displayed within glass walls. Our king room had clean lines and was very clean, with Canadian art. The staff are very friendly and tried their best to meet our needs. Plus the lounge is a great place to watch the Oilers win the first of 7 for the Grey Cup!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Otter Hotel in Banff! Everything was just perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — we truly felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely stunning — like something out of a postcard. The location is great too: it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to downtown Banff, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has everything you need: convenient parking, a beautiful rooftop with a jacuzzi, and a fantastic restaurant with delicious breakfasts and dinners. We really enjoyed our stay here — everything was top-notch. We would definitely love to come back! "
