"Was exactly as advertised. Rooms were ready at promised check in times. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady who works at the front in evenings Sunday and Monday morning was a very hard worker and dealt with customers in a timely fashion although working alone. She deserves a raise for her calm demeanor in stressful situations and work ethic. Very pleased overall experience and will be using Hyatt as my new place to go when I visit family in the area. Thanks!"

"These kinds of hotels have a reputation, but I needed a quick nap on a road trip. CLEAN, clean little stop. It was a quick and easy check in. It's got the basic breakfast, cereal, fruit, the waffle machine... the hotel was clean, the wood painted by the flower beds and there was fresh mulch and flowers, and that maintenance shows they care about the hotel. It's a basic, run down Super8 but it was kept up, clean, grounds tidy, room was average updated as pictured, no strong odors and worked for a quick spot to sleep. "
