"Amazing stay at this beautiful facility. We booked a Resort Suite and it was all worth it. As part of the room benefits we took advantage of the transport service, which was very comfortable. Other benefits included a dedicate butler team, and I would like to thank the manager Daniele and Lee amongst all for made our stay very special. The club/family lounge was also very good, and conveniently located opposite the kids club so my wife and I managed to spend some quality time while our son had a wonderful time at the kids club too. Plenty of choice for the restaurants, great pool and easy access to Wild Wadi waterpark and Souk Madinat."

"Sat in the lobby as I write this review. Booked this hotel for my family and my wedding anniversary. Was a wonderful stay and experience. The cleaning staff are great. The valet service is top and not to mention the facilities. The beds are big and spacious lovely balcony and views. The amenities such as the shower gels are top stuff. Took me by surprise as I’ve stayed on many hotels on the palm. They catered to my every need and were flexible. No experience goes without hiccups or one or two problems. But how the staff and management handled it was top stuff. The only thing I can be a little critical on is the fact that there was a lot of children around even in the adult only sections of the hotel and beach. "
