"The staff was great and even accommodating for my surgery needs. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are a little hard. Breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, apples and oatmeal. I prefer this hotel when staying in Tri Cities."

"What I loved about staying at the Hermiston Oxford Suites was their delicious breakfasts - oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and their coffee was exceptional. Also, in the evening you received a ticket for a nice drink, and a salad and soup meal - as part of just staying there. It was so nice not to have to leave the hotel to find a nice place to eat. All was included! Thank you for this. The staff was always so nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Nice property. I would stay here again. Room was clean, sheets and towels were clean as well. Only problem, doors slam and people don’t seem to care about the others in the hotel, wish hotels would have a soft close door system, instead it’s a huge BANG when people shut their doors. Other than that everything else was good"
