Find hotels near Ulus Beach, from SAR 157

"Chec in took a long time as money went out of my Account. Then came back to my account then went out again. Very annoying as this took a while. AC didn’t work not work. TV did not work Called staff to see to it. This took almost 40 minutes by the time they came. AC was rectified TV did NOT work so it was early to bed. I am asking the hotel for some compensation. Please note Staff Don’t speak English"

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."

"I went away with 15 people, and of the 15, 11 got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. It wasnt only our party that got ill, a lot of the guests did. The music was very loud round the pool, and the smell of sewage as well."

"The staff tried their best, but it doesn’t make up for how terrible this place is. The room was ridiculously small — like staying in a closet — and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I felt cheated for the money I paid. Never staying here again!"
