"We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it.
And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day.
The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff.
We downgraded us from a room...
"The staff tried their best, but it doesn’t make up for how terrible this place is. The room was ridiculously small — like staying in a closet — and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I felt cheated for the money I paid. Never staying here again!"

"When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception to check me in. I tried calling the phone number and ringing the bell, but no one came until another guest went into the staff area and knocked on the doors.
Eventually, the receptionist appeared, but he seemed very confused. I immediately got a strange feeling about him, but things got even more unsettling when I entered my room in this so-called “four-star” hotel.

"Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold på Hotel Anjeliq Downtown. Vi rejste som to familier og var meget tilfredse med både værelserne og servicen. "If you specifically want to stay near Cleopatra Beach in Alanya, Xperia Hotel can be a decent choice, though it comes with pros and cons. The hotel has its own private beach area with spectacular views and offers easy access to shopping, dining, and walking areas. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.
However, based on our personal experience, this does not feel like a true 4-star hotel — more like a 3-star. They didn't have bell service and we had to move our suitcases ourselves. Our room was somewhat outdated and not cleaned properly, with hair left on the bathroom floor and sink. While the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, we found the food bland, with limited variety and quality compared to other 4- and 5-star hotels we stayed in during our trip. "

"Ada hotel is a unique hotel with amazing Meditaranian sea view. Very clean room, generouse breakfast , nice and friendly staff.But this is a hotel you should go in summer time not in rainy and cold weather.this hotel is convenient only for adults , not for children nor for people on wheelchair.
Another thing is that this hotel is more accessible for people who have car as it is not inside the city .
