"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with all the options we had. Having unlimited ramen and ice cream at night was a cherry on the top. We loved onsen baths which were extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be visiting Kyoto. Thank you very much to all for such hospitality and wonderful experience we had when staying there."

"The breakfast was well worth paying for. The location was ideal, close to many shopping places, and the subway was very easy to catch nearby. I also enjoyed the bike rental amenities. Overall great amenities. The rooms could have been a bit more updated but all worked out well. "

"The Superior Twin Room is very spacious with enough floor space to open a large check-in luggage. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable and there’s ample designated space for organizing your daily essentials like clothes and toiletries (without having to open your luggage everyday). The water pressure in the shower is also very nice. We didn’t encounter any problems checking in and were able to leave our bags with them prior to check in since we arrived early. It’s located right next to Umekōji-Kyōtonishi which is convenient if you’re arriving from Kyoto station. It’s in a quiet area so none of the popular attractions are walking distance (unless you’re down for walking 40 minutes and the weather permits it) but transportation is easy with the station next door and bus stops a few minutes away. "

"Its very near to Kyoto station. They have airport shuttle which is very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite, thank you! Breakfast is on a revolving restaurant (fancy!) Use of pool and gym has extra fee (clean water). We enjoyed our stay overall! "

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a room with a terrace and thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Clean room, great bed with excellent water pressure in the shower. Daily breakfast was very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel. "
