The train is two (Japanese) blocks away, for an American two blocks is long, from the hotel the T or K line would take you near the hotel. "I already miss it. This hotel is in a great location. So quiet yet surrounded by gems of bakeries, restaurants, and a short walk to the river walkway. The free water was very much appreciated. The staff cares a lot and were responsive, friendly, and kind. Incredibly professional. I would stay here again. It’s impeccably clean. The only shortfall is the laundry. I don’t think the machines are well-maintained, and the laundry smelled weird. Fortunately there’s a very clean and well rated laundromat nearby. "

"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

"The hotel is very good, just we got by surprise that we were not allowed to used swimsuits or have tattoos to used the facilities, sauna and hot springs. Tattoos needs to be cover with patches . "
