"Loved this resort. I'd beautiful. I highly recommend staying there. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were designed so well. The entire hotel has that Scandinavian aesthetic and our room was spacious with lots of well designed storage spaces, comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good - something for everyone. The location was incredible - lots to do and many places to stroll, sit or eat. The spa was incredible. Really enjoyed the saunas. My only complaint would be the air freshener in the lobby and hallways. It was really strong. That said, I would love to go back. "

"The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 22, we woke up pouring sweat. Everything was an add-on. Renting a bike for an hour was slightly cheaper than 4 hours; not free for guests. Breakfast for charge, mini bar is full but they’ll email you after your departure to settle that cost as well. Meh."

"Smoking was allowed everywhere. When arriving at the hotel a conference was apparently on break. There were 20+ people smoking right outside the main entrance and every guest entering or exiting the hotel had to walk through clouds of smoke. Come on folks, put a smoking area a few feet away from the door and not allow your guests to block the entrance with clouds of smoke. I laugh when you call yourself a “wellness” resort! If you can’t tolerate cigarette smoke everywhere, don’t book this place. "

"I would highly recommend this place. The room is new and clean. We have complementary capsules for coffee and the property is really generous with that. A really nice and comfortable stay at Lake Bled. A quick walk to the lake and there are many restaurants where you can have your meals."

"The room are clean! And the location is really ideal in terms of walkable distance to everywhere i needed to go during my stay. Breakfast spread is also good as well! Staffs were welcoming and courteous. I had a pleasant stay there!"

"The man on reception was super helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out until we had to get our train. This is on the quieter part of the lake, but that's what we wanted. We didn't take the breakfast option. "
