"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "We stayed for 8 nights with two Prestige rooms. Loved the hotel look, layout and our quiet bedrooms with balcony. The rooms were a highlight for us - there was some peeling paint around the shower head and mixed opinions on the comfort of the balcony chairs but neither detracted from our 5* enjoyment. A special mention to the cleaning staff and to the ladies who work in the bar. We also hired bikes for 1/2 day (very good value) and had one massage (OK value). For such a long stay we opted to park our car free off-site behind the hotel (research needed), and visited Pan et Gato and Carrefour behind hotel for basic food items. We were put off using hotel restaurant by some mixed reviews around service so cannot comment on that. The walk to the main town sometimes felt long so we used a bus along the road behind the hotel for some journeys at hottest part of the day."
