"Having stayed at the hotel before it changed hands, we decided to return because of its convenient location close to the station. We’re so pleased we did! Our stay was just as enjoyable as before.
The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and well looked after, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The only slight downside for me was that I didn’t sleep particularly well because I prefer a firmer pillows. That’s purely a personal preference and certainly not a reflection on the hotel.
We did also miss the pool table—it was a nice little extra that we remembered from previous stays!

"My stay was an awesome experience! The service from the staff was very welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was first class, and very generous portions! The rooms were a very good size and clean, which made for a comfortable night's sleep.

The only thing I was unhappy with is the younger staff were moaning a lot, they need a little more education in dealing with customer, I’m tired after a days work and really don’t want to listen to continuos moaning "
