The French doors lead to a private rear garden- sit back and enjoy some of the action on the field from tournaments to lessons. Those wanting to join in or even bring their own horse, please enquire directly with the owners regarding availability and prices. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and utility area.
Located on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, in the pretty village of Maresfield just a 15-minute walk to the village pub and shop. Only a 5-minute drive to the Market town of Uckfield where there are numerous pubs, restaurants and takeaways, boutique cinema, an array of shops, supermarkets, and a leisure centre. Enjoy a family day out at nearby Sheffield Park and Gardens, home of the Bluebell Railway, where you can take a steam train ride. Visit Ashdown Forest, home of Winnie the Pooh, with miles of walks and stunning scenic views.
Take a trip down to the Sussex coast where there is a wide choice of beaches at Eastbourne, Saltdean, and Brighton.
