The beach has tranquil waters, great for the family, with many kiosks, schooner rides, kayaks, bananas, and a waterslide in the sea (see photo)
The neighborhood also has great waterfalls such as the waterfall "Renata".

Several possibilities of surrounding beaches such as: Sapê Beach, Lagoinha Beach, Caçandoca Beach, Pulse Beach, Hard Beach, Fortaleza Beach, etc.

O imóvel não comporta 06 pessoas, no máximo 04,não tem acomodação para roupas, a janela do banheiro é baixa e vidro transparente, o banheiro é minúsculo a ponto de ter que entrar no box para fechar a porta. A foto do imóvel mostra o bloco antigo. O novo tem 02 lances imensos de escadas . Na verdade são térreo, primeiro e segundo andar.

Fomos no carnaval de fevereiro/2020 em um grupo de 9 pessoas. Alugamos 2 apartamentos (305 e 306). Desde o início das conversas, Rafael foi muito atencioso e claro nas informações. O check in e check out foram rápidos e eficientes e tudo conforme combinado. A estadia foi muito boa e tranquila, os apartamentos são muito bem equipados e conseguimos passar um ótimo carnaval. Recomendo o local! Próximo ao apartamento tem a Praia da Caçandoca, uma das mais bonitas que já conheci!
