"This place is old and run down, the room we were assigned was a dingy box for 128.00 CAD. We left, with no refund. Beds were like rocks, not clean. No service, staff unavailable - chatting with themselves or on their phones.

"We had a wonderful stay at Catalina Hotel in Ubatuba! The amenities are fantastic, including the pool, hot tub, and rooftop area.
