"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this two-bedroom bungalow in Colorado Springs. The home was spotless — truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve experienced. You can tell great care goes into maintaining the space.The hot tub was a highlight! It felt private, well-maintained, and ready to enjoy the moment we arrived.What truly sets this property apart, though, is the host, Sarah. Her warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. She was responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. "Brrrrrrr……..I don’t know if this is the regular routine, but there was zero heat turned on when we arrived. According to the portable heater we plugged in, it was 55 degrees in there. This is an old home with old heating. Mostly baseboard electric. The first night was cold for everyone other than the person that slept in the smaller upstairs room. Between the baseboard heat and the portable heater, it was ok the first night. We had to open the oven door and run the electric oven to help heat the place when we were home. It took two days to get it comfortable. The door didn’t function properly upon arrival, but I will give them kudos for taking care of that situation quickly and effectively. It is as advertised other than arriving with no heat turned on in Colorado in the winter. Very close to downtown and the bar/restaurant scene as well as a bunch of fast food options. "
