"Next to excellent"

"Great location!"

"The location is excellent, right downtown and close to my clinic. The staff are friendly and genuinely trying their best, which I appreciate. However, this property feels more like a small motel than a hotel. Renovations are still underway, and the rooms are very small, with unbalanced heating, unpleasant smells, unfinished repairs, old beds, and uncomfortable mattresses. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Staff kindly provided a microwave upon request, but the electrical system couldn't...

"Clean room. Staff are great"

"Great staff and very clean. Just kinda wish they put more small things in our room, like an ice bucket, etc. but that’s no big deal. Definitely recommend."

"A VERY NICE, CENTRALIZED HOTEL WITH GREAT ROOMS AND STAFF"

"Front staff was very great to deal with"

"Clean room, property, always a full hot breakfast, and convenient coffee and tea station throughout the day. Very kind and helpful staff!"

"Room was great and very large!"

"The property was wonderful. I felt safe in the area and there was shopping and restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated the onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It was good food and decently priced. The room was comfortable and clean. While it is not technically "near the airport", it was an easy 15 minute drive and they provided the shuttle. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend this property!"

"Great property. Comfortable beds and pillows. Air can be noisy. Only suggestion would be to have a milk alternative (non dairy) for coffee. But overall breakfasts were good with a decent variety of food."
