Neil was friendly, helpful and on hand to make sure everything and everyone were looked after. Highly recommend!"

We also enjoyed the hot tub at the patio area very much. - - - Having said that, we surprisingly experienced some absolutely "no goes" we didn't expect at all. Firstly, the patio door can't be locked as we found out when a person walked straight to the back door of the cottage and checked if it was locked. Although there's a doorbell at the entrance area, it wasn't used. By any chance, that wasn't you Angeline? This...
