Rachel's communication was outstanding...very clear instructions, directions, and photos made it easy to find and a welcome environment upon our arrival. The Yellow House is adorable and comfortable. The little touch such as cookies and milk was greatly appreciated. If we venture to the area again, The Yellow House would be our first choice."

The home features many little extra touches, obviously well thought out. It's at the end of a nice quiet neighborhood which backs woods. We were greeted by 8 deer one morning. "We stayed in Canopy Lane for a PSU football game. It was about a 35 minute commute, not bad at all. The home was very clean and Charlene was very responsive. I Highly recommend finding the house in the daylight. Charlene was sweet enough to leave us Staples in the refrigerator and muffins and fruit for our arrival. I highly recommend this home "
