"This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there...

"We are in town to watch wrestling Olympic trials . We just needed a place to spend the night and this place was perfect for what we need . We just walked to the original Waffle House one block away for a very nice breakfast . This place is close to everything . Very convenient if you need a place to stay in State college."

"Never sent check in instructions. When I got there no one was there and no one answered the phone. Sent many messages nothing. Finally, a management company called me and said no refunds. They even charged me the cleaning fee. Also, if you stay here the parking lot is a half mile from the house and you have to take a mud trail to get there. I"

"We visited State College for a relative’s 80th birthday. The unit is on a lovely, tree-lined street in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to our relative’s home. We found it to be very comfortable and attractive, especially the decor and the garden. We will definitely be back!"

"We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized. We will definitely be checking...
