"We stayed here for one night on May 8th. The property is amazingly located, the rooms are nice and clean, and the amenities are good. It was quite disappointing that we paid extra for a lake view room, and most of the view was blocked by trees. I read this on other reviews, and thought it might just be a couple that were blocked. However actually going there it seems almost all rooms are blocked by trees except one cabin. It seems like quite false advertising and they should instead say partial lake view. All the staff at the hotel were working their first week there, and while I understand everyone needs to start somewhere, it seems like our service experience was mediocre, yet we paid premium prices. No logs were placed in fireplace for an easy start (standard with AirBnbs/cabins), the log basket only had one in there so we had to refill it immediately, the conditioner was old and separated into a liquid and no proper conditioner came out, lots of work going on the main front building so it was quite noisy, lamb wasn't cooked properly, only soap and conditioner in the hot tub change room, no shampoo, there was no campfire going, patio chairs cheap. While these are all seemingly minor, if you're paying that much for a room, you expect to be getting the quality to match that, which just isn't the case. I'd save your money and stay elsewhere as you get a better view of the lake from the visitor areas and public trail and will probably get better service elsewhere."

"booked through expedia for 4 nights and when I requested a change to 3 nights i the change was not made and I had to pay for the extra night I did not stay. This lack of flexibility in booking is very poor service "

"If there is a near-luxury log cabin, Paradise Lodge & Bungalows would be close to satisfying my ideal log cabin stay. Our room was Fairview Suite, which faced the road connect Lake Louise town to Lake Louise. The office (a small cottage) is open only till 6pm in May, and check in went smoothly. They had free hot chocolate and hot apple cider, with cookies and muffins for guests while the cottage was open. The counter staff were very friendly and told us where to park our car. The staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything more than once a day, including brining us creamer and oat milk which we used them up. Our room was a rustic one-bedroom suite, with a Queen bed, small kitchen with stove, large fridge (stocked with milk and creamer), microwave, quality stainless cookware and Corelle dishes. Even though there’s no complementary breakfast, granola bars and packets of instant oats and fresh-ground coffee were provided. And oh my, the owner must be a coffee lover – our suite came with quality glassware to make drip coffee to make a nice Americano. I can image if you’re stocked up with food, this suite would be a cozy nest even if you’re snowed in."

Situated in a quiet area close to the Chateau, the property has great atmosphere complemented by comfortable beds, great amenities, a nice kitchen, and the very nice touch of complimentary granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait until we return. The front desk staff and the property owners went above and beyond when one of our friends had a skiing accident during the stay. "Very nice place to stay in Blaeberry, perfect location for skiing in Rogers pass or Yoho. Also very close to Thomson falls.Place was awesome, fire stove and fully equipped kitchen made this place a great basecamp. Would recommend and probably come back ! "
