"The suites are actually located in an apartment complex. There is no front desk. The registration forms are emailed to you when you reserve on Expedia for completion. Some things were in Italian but you can easily use Google Translate. Keep the instructions for accessing the property handy so you don't have any issues when you arrive. The location is excellent. Close (~ 10 minute walk) to 3 different stations and there are lots of shops/ food options (restaurants/ groceries) close by. You can even walk to the Colosseum (20 minutes). The streets are a bit dark at night but didn't feel unsafe. The rooms are on the 4th floor and you will need to use the elevator, especially with luggage. The elevator is on the older side. You need to ensure the doors are properly closed and hold down the button for the floor you want until the elevator moves. The room was decent. There's a mini fridge and a sink and some toiletries are provided. However, it was not cleaned properly when we arrived e.g. there were some items left over in the fridge and the bathroom could have cleaned better. We did have an issue and reached out (via email and Whatsapp) to the host who was very responsive and resolved it as quickly as possible. Overall, a great budget friendly option for short stays."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing especially Arnelle at the reception. Arnelle was very helpful in sharing with us the places we can visit. Breakfast was amazing, I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families. I would stay again in this hotel if I ever travel again to Rome."

"Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"
