"Clean,warm and comfortable rooms .the whole hotel needs an update."

"Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfy. Hotel is pet friendly. It says the room has a dog bed and dog treats included in the £25 but it didn’t. I would recommend taking your own dog bed. We were a bit disappointed about this. Breakfast was lovely. Had food in the hotel bar - food was fine for a hotel bar. Spa was lovely and relaxing - worth a visit. The overall site is lovely - nice to walk around and visit the bakehouse. Would recommend overall. "

"We didnt see any shops, my only reason for one low score, is that we were in room 7 on Friday 20th March. When we went to the room the smell of Fresh paint was very strong. The young lady on reception moved us to another room. Which was perfect. "

"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub which was incredibly creepy. I had contacted expedia to get some sort of refund but the owner was ignoring all of their correspondence. DO NOT go here... it's not worth it. "

"Location was good. Had trouble with internet connection at first. Wrong password posted in unite. Cable access lost for a day, yet internet was connected. Able to reboot by unplugging everything to start up. It worked…. Overall a little worn, generally clean. Kitchen faucet was loose and hard to manage"
