"The villa we stayed at was very nice, bog and clean. Ground floor, right across the pool and steps from the beach and the Yatchman’s Grill restaurant. The outside grounds are well taken care off. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The AC worked well. We had a table and 6 chairs right outside our villa. Had utensils, plates, pans, glasses. Nice size refrigerator, microwave and oven. Toaster, coffee maker. Nice size closets and dressers in each bedroom. Ceiling fans. We loved it. Food at the restaurant is excellent and good service. Not too many restaurants near to walk to, you need transportation. Taking taxis, gets pricey. Beautiful beach with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. Port to ho and get the water taxis to go to St Kitts is about 5/10 mns. away, driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Villas. "

"The property is beautiful and filled with things to do. Several large pools, 3 different restaurants, plus outdoor dining. We had a wonderful time here. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which was surprisingly private. "

"Overall. Great house the pictures are accurate. Great views. Wonderful setup. Dwayne was a great support and quick to respond. House was close to some Wonderful beaches. People were very friendly. The only two issues were the dirt road to get to the house was very poor to drive on. Turtle beach was full of the sea grass floating on to the beach. Not very walkable. Both things the owners had no control over. Many islands are experiencing that. Other beaches on Caribbean side were good. We would not hesitate to stay there again. "

They are wonderful hosts and their home is well-equipped. It's comfortable and welcoming.The whole process was easy and pain free and their property manager was so kind and helpful. "The Coconut Farm is an incredible place to stay. Beautiful setting, so peaceful with great beach and view of Nevis. Walkable restaurants and bars nearby, but do rent a car if you’re going to the grocery or frigate bay. The house is perfect with everything you could need. One of our favorite homestays we’ve ever had. Would definitely come back. "

"We had a wonderful week at the "Turtle Nest" on St. Kitts. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. We slept great every night on the very comfortable king bed. The view of Turtle Beach and Nevis from the balcony is amazing! Michelle (the property manager) is a great host who is willing to share a wealth of helpful information and is never intrusive. She provides the perfect balance of being engaged and available while giving us complete privacy. The fresh eggs, bread and water in the refrigerator upon arrival was appreciated!Part of the beauty of "Turtle Nest" is the serenity of the distance from the town. It is about a 30 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The dirt road in from the main road is rough and you must go slowly. We rented a jeep and the extra clearance was helpful. We suggest you go to the grocery store on your drive in.Beach access at The Reggae Beach Bar on nearby Cockleshell Beach was great. Turtle Nest provided snorkeling equipment which we used. We also took the water taxi to Nevis for the day with no problems. There are some restaurants nearby. We recommend going to Lobster Fest on Friday nights at Reggae. It was fabulous food and fun! Breakfast overlooking the beach at the Park Hyatt was pricey, but wonderful and beautiful. We had a great vacation! Thank you Michelle for everything!"
