"Remarkable location with wonderful access to Caribbean and Atlantic waters. Terrific facilities with trade winds cooling the bedrooms at night (in February) with no need AC. Host Cassandra is very responsive and Turtle Beach House is well equipped with a lovely pool and steps from Turtle Beach. We will be back!!"

"They told us on route to the airport the house was not available and we could stay elsewhere.We tried to cancel but VRBO dragged their feet and after 2 nights in hotel rooms we took up the offer rather than lose all our money. The alternate place was nice but no view or place to sit in the sun without paying 50 US dollars a day for a club 10 minute walk from house. Disappointed with the experience with VRBO to say the least."

"Our stay at the cottage was absolutely amazing - from the beautiful views to the friendly hosts, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. This was our 6th trip to St. Kitts and we've stayed at resorts and other VRBOs in the past, but we can't wait to book this one again for next year. Our hosts were great - accessible, informative, and very welcoming.The cottage was spacious for 2 people, and private. We wanted something off the beaten path away from the crowd and this was a perfect location.There are several sitting areas to take in your surroundings and relax. I only wish we had more time to enjoy them. The cottage isn't on the beach, but a short distance (1-minute drive or probably a 10 minute walk) from the beachfront lounge that you have access to. The cottage is next to a larger 3-bedroom house that's also a vacation rental, but is completely separate. If not for seeing another car in the driveway, we wouldn't have known there were tenants there at the same time. There are quite a few steps up to the cottage. This was not a problem for us but might be for someone older or with physical concerns. The monkeys hanging around outside were cool to see, they won't bother you but be careful not to leave your doors open when unattended (or sleeping).Great stay, 10/10 would stay here again!"

"Nothing short of a 5 star stay. Location is convenient to both staying on Nevis or taking off to St. Kitts. The property left us not wanting for anything - amenities or otherwise. If we were pressed to single out any particular facet of our stay, it would be the team behind the property. Hands down! Go for the island, stay for the property but know that your holiday will be elevated because of the team, pure and simple. Can't wait until the next time. Thanks, everyone. Cheers!"

"Once again, a wonderful time at Villa Bougainvillea. From the minute you enter into through the gated community and see the monkeys running free and smell the ocean air you know your stay is going to be fantastic. The villa is spacious super modern from the coral tile throughout to the appliances actually built into the cabinetry. The bedrooms are very large, and the bathrooms are big clean, and the water pressure is great. The pool area and pool are very private modern and spotless and there is everything you need at this property. Just bring your suitcase. Most of the top beaches are just a few minutes away. Have stayed on this island over 100 times and would say by far this place is #1 on the island. Highly recommend and will be back soon. "
