staff cortese, albergo peggio di un ostello.

la camera aveva la rete del letto completamente distrutta, i copri lenzuolo macchiati, e non c'erano saponi o asciugamani disponibili, se non su richiesta e a pagamento. wifi solo negli spazi comuni. La posizione comoda se necessario lavorare in zona, staff molto cortese e disponibile, reception aperta 24H. Colazione davvero insufficiente.

Sauber und Charme einer Jugendherberge

hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge . Die Zimmer sind aber sehr gross und sauber . Leider ist das Wifi nur in der Eingangshalle und den allgemeinen Bereichen erreichbar . Hotel liegt 400 meter von der Eisenbahnstation entfernt , die direkt zum Flughafen führt . Frühstück ist kostenlos .

Terrible staff

They gave us the wrong room and they made us change rooms at midnight. The next morning they told us it was too late for breakfast even though they never told us the breakfast hours. Very unfriendly staff

Soggiornato una notte, con un gruppo di parenti e amici, per andare e vedere la partita di champions league della Juventus, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, abbastanza vicino allo stadio ed al centro città ben collegato con i mezzi.

Cheap and sparse, but a clean place to sleep

I am not accustomed to staying in hostels, so this was a new experience for me. The place felt quite sterile (unlike the often welcoming atmosphere of hotels), much like a college dorm. The rooms were sparse, with twin beds topped with cheap mattresses. You needed to pay extra for towels and breakfast, and the only soap they provided was liquid hand soap from a box on the wall. The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work in my room, let alone on our floor; it also didn't always work in the designated Wi-Fi zones. All-in-all, it was a very cheap experience. That said, it was not an expensive hotel (though, maybe a little expensive for a hostel); it was very clean (including the sheets, which my wife dutifully checked before climbing in to bed); the TV also cost, which made it easier to get the kids to bed; and while we might not have been in the best area, it was secure and fairly quiet.

Da premettere che è un ostello e non un hotel quindi come in tutti gli ostelli niente letti rifatti la mattina e niente frigo o cassaforte in camera (anche se hanno messo a nostra disposizione il loro frigo) detto ciò tutto perfetto, personale cordiale e gentilissimo ( ci hanno fornito di cartina e spiegato dove erano le fermate più vicine per le varie destinazioni), nelle vicinanze c'è un bel centro commerciale. Anche se il check in era alle 15:00 ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli già la mattina e appena pronta la camera (nel nostro caso verso le 14:00) ci hanno fatto entrare. Camera pulitissima, buona prima colazione e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo..... che dire consigliato per visitare Torino e andare all'Allianz stadium....... torneremo sicuramente!!!!

За 30 евро в день (с завтаком) - отлично!

Залог за ключ от номера - 10 евро (возвращают при выезде из хостела). Полотенца можно иметь и свои: навязывания платных услуг нет. Плохо, что кондиционер не работает на охлаждение (гудит, шумит, но не охлаждает). Мне повезло,что номер был угловой: окна в туалетной комнате и жилой части были на перпендикулярных друг другу стенах. Приток свежего воздуха (или сквозняк) можно было сделать, не открывая дверь. Номер реально большой, просторный. Поездка в Турин не первая: ранее проживала и недалеко от Порта Нуова, и рядом с Порта Суза. В этот раз бронировала с учетом дешевизны прямого сообщения общественного транспорта из\в аэропорт Турина. Согласна практически со всеми отзывами других путешественников, кроме одной детали. Не верю,что до стадиона Ювентус пешком 15-20 минут. Бегом может быть и получится у тех, кто знает кратчайший путь.

Horrible et sinistre

Union soviétique années 50. Chambre horriblement bruyante avec volets à latte bloqués. 2 lits de 80 cm (la norme est de 90) avec matelas affreux; pas de télévision dans la chambre ; pas de serviette de toilette dans la salle de bain ; un seul distributeur de savon liquide à côté du lavabo. Une caution pour la clef ! J'ai compris qu'il s'agissait d'un ensemble immobilier créé par la ville de Turin mais avec des fonctionnaires municipaux (ou des prestataires de raccroc) non formés à gérer un hôtel. De plus le prix n'est pas négligeable : dans la moyenne des hôtels 2 ** à Turin. Petit déjeuner minimaliste dans ce qui a été un self service hors service maintenant. Environnement glauque et bruyant (travaux de voirie importants). Une horreur ! Nous somme restés 2 nuits et le ménage pas plus que les lits n'ont été fait lors de la 2ème journée. Ceci est d'autant plus regrettable que nous utilisons le site Venere pour nos nombreux séjours en Italie, et que dans l'ensemble nous sommes fort satisfaits. Avez vous la possibilité de faire des constats sur place ? Si oui, vous pourrez vérifier que je ne fais que refléter la stricte vérité.

Ottimo hotel, in una buonissima posizione per raggiungere il centro di torino e per chi come me doveva andare allo Juventus stadium, 5 minuti a piedi per la fermata dell' autobus per lo stadio e soli 2 minuti per la fermata per il centro. La colazione non è abbondantissima ma considerato il prezzo è buona, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Io mi sono trovato davvero bene.
