Very near to the city center where you can roam around and having good neighborhood. It’s very accessible to the direction of motorway as well.

Struttura assolutamente non all'altezza della categoria 4 stelle. L'esperienza è stata un disastro su tutti i fronti. Dopo aver fatto numerose lamentele per la mancanza di aria condizionata e per la camera sporca, ci è stata finalmente assegnata un'altra stanza. Purtroppo, anche la nuova camera si è rivelata sporca, a dimostrazione di una totale mancanza di igiene e cura del cliente. Colazione decisamente scadente. Sconsigliatissimo, servizio inaccettabile

Je ne sais pas comment cet établissement peut avoir 4 étoiles ?! Ce n'est absolument pas mérité. Rapport qualité prix désastreux. Climatisation qui fait un bruit infernal et en panne certainement mais qui en aucun cas ne rafraichit la chambre, bruit de la rue et vibration du tramway tout proche (isolation phonique nulle), mobilier vétuste, état générale de la chambre et des couloirs vieillissant et mal entretenus, propreté douteuse de la douche et une fourmi dans ma nourriture au petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner d'ailleurs composé de produits 1er prix et de mauvaise qualité. Je ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans cet hotel !

Je connaissais cet hôtel pour y avoir séjourné pas mal de fois. Cette fois-ci, la décoration a changé, elle est beaucoup moins chaleureuse qu’avant, il n’y a plus de doubles rideaux et pour la salle de bain, trop petite, la douche minuscule. Les peintures vieillissantes. Dommage, car cet hôtel était très bien et il est passé sous plusieurs enseignes. Le parking est hors de prix.

Très bonne situation de l’hôtel, parking à disposition et le personnel est souriant et à disposition en cas de besoin. Nous avons séjourné durant l’hiver, il faisait froid mais l’hôtel a pu nous fournir à petit chauffage d’appoint très apprécié. Par contre, les matelas sont extrêmement ferme, puur un 4* nous avons trouvé les chambres vétuste et avons eu des soucis de fourmi.

Camera spaziosa, mobilio un po' datato ma in buone condizioni. Posizione non molto centrale, non raggiungibile con il métro, ma possibilità di parcheggio non lontano. Non usufruito il garage che sarebbe stato un po' costoso. Colazione variata, di buona qualità, alcuni prodotti artigianali. Prezzo competitivo riguardo ad altri esercizi della stessa categoria in città.

Le camere purtroppo non sono all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle, ho trovato parecchia polvere e poca attenzione al dettaglio. Lo staff alla reception è stato super gentile e disponibile, quando ho avvisato che la camera che mi era stata assegnata all’ultimo piano era eccessivamente fredda e dalle finestre entravano spifferi mi hanno immediatamente proposto di cambiare camera con un upgrade, ho molto apprezzato. Mi dispiace però che il problema delle camere fredde è generalizzato, forse perché il condizionamento è centralizzato.

Torino molto bella, peccato l'albergo.

Molto deludente, le camere hanno bisogno urgente di mantenimento, pavimento staccato che scricchiola, per niente insonorizzato, sono stati due giorni abbastanza caldi, ho chiesto la ragione per la quale non funzionava l'aria condizionata, la risposta per che non avevano ancora l'autorizzazione dal comune per accenderla, cosi la seconda note mi hanno dato un ventilatore e finestre aperte.
