"The Novotel is easy to find arriving by car and only a short walk away from the centre of Leicester. Check-in was easy and staff helpful; I had already been sent a message advising about the car park. The room was very comfortable. The main nuisance was traffic noise from motorcycles; the noise from other vehicles was fairly quiet. Breakfast was excellent."

"Clean room,bed comfortable would prefer accommodation had a lift. Close to shops and has a car park. However we got the last space in the car park, so people arriving after us would not have been able to park. Nice evening meal in the Restaurant staff were good and friendly Also had Breakfast most of it was fine, although the egg dishes were not appetising"

"Disclaimer: Building was still undergoing renovation during my visit. Building - Even with that, this one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The reception/lobby/restaurant/bar area on the ground floor carries a good style and clean design. With a little exploration there are wonderful meeting and conference rooms, which were not in use when I went for a wander. Ammenities - Poked my head in the gym, there is a gym. Room carried the essentials, well supplied with coffee and tea. Very handy for me as it was a packed weekend. I would double check towels, some of mine had marks. But solo traveller, I used the 'spare' set with no difficulty. Staff were professional and helpful at every encounter. Though I didn't go to the bar or restaurant on this trip. The appearance of the space is encouraging."
