Castillo Del Mar 10 - Overlooking the Lake

3 Bedroom Apartment with Lift.

Strata renovation work is currently being carried out on the roof top area and will be unavailable until further notice.

Third floor three bedroom apartment with lift access and all the features needed to keep you relaxed while on holidays
Spacious tiled living room, dining and kitchen area (with reverse cycle air conditioning) which opens onto private balcony overlooking the lake.

Master bedroom has an ensuite, and TV. Foxtel is available.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and there are two king single beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans . The family bathroom has a bath, shower and a separate toilet. The roof top terrace is the perfect place to enjoy views of the lake for alfresco dining or relaxing in the spa. There's a balcony with wonderful views of Wallis lake from the living room.

There is a lift in the complex and double lock up garage. Internal laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer

Great lake views, walking distance to the beach, rockpool and Tuncurry CBD, room for all the family.

Linen is not supplied at this property but can be hired for your stay.

Forster-Tuncurry is a great place to enjoy everything water related including surfing, fishing, kayaking, boating, dolphin and whale watching. Other activities to enjoy are lawn bowls, the cinema, local wines and oysters, ten pin bowling, tennis/squash and easy day trips to Seal Rocks Lighthouse, Pacific Palms, Hallidays Point and Booti Booti National Park.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Good Location
The property is dated but comfortable. Lacked some of the modern conveniences that we are use to. Check your BBQ on arrival make sure it's clean. Disappointed in the overall standard of the property, quite expensive for what you get. View and location terrific.
