"Surprisingly excellent stay. Right in the South Terminal with access to restaurants etc. We were going to go into Horley for dinner but decided against it in the end. Very quiet despite being at the airport. We were in a family room. 5 of us. It was huge. 4 beds including the sofa bed and 2 showers. Perfect de-stressing to an early morning flight. Only thing to be aware of is it's a BIG hotel. Takes a good 5 minutes to walk around to the room. "

"The hotel is in a nice location but the conditions and services would need to tmprove. There should be air-conditioning and there should be a refrigerator in the room. Dining wise, they could improve efficiency by getting guests to get their own utensils and bringing used plates back to central location which is the practice in many hotels in their restaurants. Breakfast time should be consistent everyday and not change on weekends which cause confusion. Many restaurants provide coffee especially when they are open late for breakfast. "

"We had such a specia stay for our anniversary. We enjoyed the pool, spa (both had lovely treatments) and bike hire. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel had a grand, traditional feel. "
