Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Cockroaches

HORRIBLE!!! The area is very sketchy. It’s gated we open the gate looked around inside the house opened the fridge and cockroaches came running from underneath the fridge. I contacted the host to make him aware no answer I left stayed elsewhere for the 3 days I had booked it. Till today 3 weeks later no response from the host requesting a refund. I have 2 little kids was not going to let them be inside the house with cockroaches.
