Very spacious rooms with a nice kitchen and seating area on 3rd floor. I loved the ambience and the service. The walk through the entrance to the room is quite beautiful. Well maintained and helpful staff

Beautiful roof for relaxing. Really nice and helpful staff. Clean and cozy room.Great experience in Casa Almendro. Walkable distance to fruit shop, OXXO and restaurants. It was the right balance of being in walking distance of the center of Tulum, with lots of restaurants, shops, etc., but not right in the center, so it was not too noisy at night.

I love here! My kids and all my family really like here. Everyone said this hotel is better than yesterday hotels. We moved here from Chichen Itza hotel for Tulum. Compared Chichen Itza, here is excellent with great price, clean room, nice rooftop, super kind!! I will reuse again!!

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. Room was kept very clean and there was potable water right outside the room. There wasn’t a fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom for room 6. The small window in the bathroom opened to a brick wall which resulted in a rather mouldy smell. Installing a good fan would help. I did have a fire safety concern with the gate into the beautiful little hotel atrium. It was locked from both sides so in order to leave the property you needed to unlock the gate from the inside. Not great. Would be better to be able to leave without a key and then close and lock. Nice area around the hotel and close to many cute restaurants and amenities. Roof top has nice chairs and hammocks for relaxing and the full kitchen is great for families. The garden area is a beautiful and cooling welcome when entering the property.

It was the right balance of being in walking distance of the center of Tulum, with lots of restaurants, shops, etc., but not right in the center, so it was not too noisy at night. The shared kitchen with shared refrigerator and place to eat on the roofdeck were great. Although we did not cook, there is a grocery store across the street with late hours, so we bought some food for breakfast, which we could put in the refrigerator, and it was nice to meet other tourists at breakfast time.

Points positifs : Très grand lit. Accessible à pied. Grande terrasse avec hamacs. Cuisine partagée avec réfrigérateur. Eau à disposition. Aucun problème pour l'eau chaude et un tres bon débit. Grande chambre. Très bon Wi-Fi pour le Mexique. Points négatifs : chambre rustique mais l'essentiel est là. Serviettes de toilette et tapis de douche très usés. Beau studio, bien situé

séjour de 3 jours. Bel emplacement, en coeur de ville. chambre spacieuse avec cuisine. Très petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle. Terrasse sur le toit avec autre cuisine, très appréciable. Eau potable à disposition. Seul bémol, les aboiements des chiens du quartier parfois toute la nuit, nous empêchant de dormir.

Comfortable stay

Beautiful serene hotel. The only problem was the noise from the street. We could hear dogs barking and loud cars going by. The property is beautiful with lots of lush greenery and a full kitchen to use.

Wowwww how amazingly beautiful this property is!!!!! My room with kitchenette was soooo spacious and lovely. The entire place is immaculate. And the icing on the cake was the covered rooftop terrace complete with loungers, hammocks and a full kitchen for your use.

El servicio fue muy bueno y las instalaciones muy acogedoras, esta ideal para que puedas preparar tus propios alimentos, gracias a que cuenta con cocina. Esta muy bien ubicado para que puedas ir a caminar sobre el andador del pueblo de Tulum, y tienes cerca varias opciones para comer.
