"Location is good."

"I had a great time staying at this hotel! The hotel shuttle service was definitely a highlight, making it very convenient to travel to the MTR station, the airport, and Disneyland. However, I hope the staff can be a little more friendly, welcoming, and greet guests with a smile. A warm and friendly attitude would make the overall experience even better. Overall, i enjoyed my stay! Free breakfast is the best!"

"Friendly warm and very helpful staff with Excellant food options in their in house dining."

"Great hotel, close to airport and city link. Hotel offers regular coach to take you to airport and MTR. Good pool and gym."

"Very clean and tidy and close to Hong Kong Disney with a shuttle offered which was great"

"Smelling room"

"If you’re a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. They play music in the hallway and I was extremely jet lagged and could barely sleep my entire trip. The staff are extremely nice."

"What I liked is that it’s a hotel attached to the airport otherwise, it offers very basic facilities /services for the prime location it has."

"We enjoyed the upgrade. Thank you Ecotree staff. The bed and pillows was super comfortable. Very very close to Sai Yu Pun MTR entrance. Surroundings are many shops selling all kinds of dried seafoods. Amazing experience in Hong Kong!!!"

"Un poco lejos de las atracciones turísticas, sin embargo gracias al excelente transporte público es fácil moverse en la ciudad."

"Modern rooms with a simple, clean design, great amenities, and friendly staff. The rooftop pool offers beautiful views, and the gym is a nice bonus. Daily snacks and happy hour are provided in the temporary rooftop lobby while the ground-floor lobby is under construction. I recommend requesting a room on the 18th floor or higher, as lower rooms overlook older buildings with hanging laundry and offer less privacy because neighboring residents can see inside."

"The room was spacious and the lobby and kitchen amenities were great. The regular bed’s mattress was on the firm side and the sofa bed was short and merely adequate - not super comfortable - mattress was too thin. We really liked the hallway water dispensers and the bathroom was great. We did have to empty the dehumidifiers twice a day. Location was pretty good. Some kind of divider curtain would have been nice to divide the sofa bed from the kitchen area. We enjoyed the communal lounge area....
