"Driving surface for access to hotel and in car park is rough and uneven. Hotel entrance and reception feels tired and in need of redecoration. Room 2 was very poor. It was very hot and only one window would open. Electrical sockets were hard to access or did not work. Furniture felt mismatched to room and oddly arranged. Kettle was practically hidden on a low table in the corner in order to be near a socket. Bathroom floor was in very poor state and needs replacing. Basin plug did not work...
