Located in the exclusive Morning Star Ranch development, the scenic and peaceful home is located on nearly 85 private acres with virtually no other residences in eyesight or earshot. Morning Star Ranch is a working ranch within a secure, gated community that spans 3,500 acres but has less than 35 homes in total. Ranch roads are paved and well maintained providing an excellent route for hiking, bike riding and walking your dogs with only the occasional vehicle passing by.

The home has a fantastic chef's kitchen with two dine-in eating areas that can accommodate large groups with ease. There's an 7-burner French gas cooktop and a gas-fired pizza oven in the kitchen along with an outside gas grill just steps away. The covered patio off the kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning coffee or evening bevs and snacks while enjoying picturesque sunrises or sunsets.
