"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 "

"This cruise is highly recommended for the service, food, staff, and small size. The rooms were also very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure there are always steps for the tender or provide one that makes it easier to board and disembark. In some locations it was extremely difficult, and considering I have a bad knee it was almost impossible on occasion. This caused me to actually pull a muscle in my right leg."

Im Gesamt muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Bucht völlig überlaufen ist, was wirklich schade ist. Auf dem Boot hat aber alles gepasst, Essen war gut und der Service auch. Abholung vom Hotel in Hanoi und Retour hat perfekt geklappt, allerdings sind die An- und Abreise von Hanoi sehr zeitaufwendig. Nicht wegen der langen Fahrzeit (das wussten wir vorher, das...
