Room is dated however in general clean. We had to change rooms twice due to the cigarette smell in some of the room. Staff was very helpful and tried to fulfill request at their best. Everything is good, the room is clean, the room has it own washing drying machine which I like the most. The staff are very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

The Jervois
Room wasn’t very clean - there was coffee stain on the bedside table and also on the floor. It was quite dusty. Telephone doesn’t work which I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The phone number (landline number) provided did not work. Towels were old. Location was good, AC functioning
