It is also a short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, vineyard and lighthouse tours, golf and wonderful restaurants. Head into Provincetown or Welfleet for shops, galleries, restaurants and live entertainment.The house itself is a 1930s cottage with a newer addition. It features wide plank floors, antiques and furniture that has a casual yet beautiful feel. Kick back in the cozy living area of the main house with fireplace and TV, hang out in the large open sun porch addition and feel the cool ocean breeze, or play cards in the kitchen and watch the view.

You'll be able to cook whatever you desire in the fully equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials you're used to, and a table that seats the whole family. Take your meals outside at the patio and enjoy the solitude of your scenic backyard. There's also a gas grill for anyone keen on barbecuing.

The original section of the house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and closet, with a shared full bathroom in between. Beyond the sunporch, as part of the addition, there are two additional bedrooms. The larger bedroom on this side of the home has 2 twin beds and the smaller has one twin bed. There is an additional daybed on on the sunporch.

This home is perfect for groups of friends or a family. There is a shed filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and everything you might need for a memorable Cape vacation.

Beaches: To park at any Truro beach, you must have a permit. We will leave signed non-resident paperwork for you to fill out and bring to the town beach office. The permit fees are as follows: $120 for 1 week, $175 for 2 weeks, $200 for 3 weeks, and $250 for 4 weeks. - - We’ll send more detailed information before your arrival. - - Just a reminder — we are only a 10-minute walk from Fisher Beach (on the bay). If you walk or do not have a car, no permit is required.
