"For our 4 nights in Cornwall we stayed at a very quaint Bed and Breakfast in Truro. Centrally located, it was a great place to stay and "wagon wheel" our day trips. From there, relatively speaking (by Texas standards) you can easily drive to many towns, fishing villages, beaches and other sites. We visited, Port Isaac, Tintagel, St Ives, Penzance, Land's End, Porthcurno and Minack Theatre. The owner and inn keeper, June, her husband and gardener, Greg and housekeeper Melanie were so friendly, kind and helpful. They really take pride in what they do. June baked cakes daily and had them out for afternoon tea or after dinner dessert at your leisure. Such a beautiful property. I highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel was great with a fantastic sea view, staff were friendly and helpful. I read the description of the hotel which said parking available (for a fee) but on arrival found it was a nearby council carpark. I took my old soft top car and was disappointed to leave it overnight outside and vulnerable. It would have been helpful if the car park arrangement was clearer "

"Lovely pub/restaurant with small accommodation, ideal if out and about all day and to come back and have a good choice of food or carvery! Wash down with a well selected bar of drinks . Staff were ever so helpful and service was fantastic! Highly recommend a stay here as a good base to venture off to different places of cornwall. "

"Self check in was beautifully organised . Room was immaculate, new and incredibly clean. Bathroom seemed all brand new with fabulous water pressure . Little touches of teas , coffees , biscuits etc have it a personal touch. Lovely grounds and a peaceful atmosphere."
