"I was disappointed with the customer service during our stay. When we asked about the possibility of a later checkout, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I completely understand that hotels are busy and that late checkouts cannot always be accommodated. However, a certain level of courtesy and professionalism should be expected when speaking with guests. We were simply asking a question, and a polite response would have been appreciated. Even when a request cannot be accommodated, the way staff communicate with guests makes a difference. Unfortunately, this interaction left us with a negative impression of an otherwise anticipated stay."

"Convenient location in downtown Rockford. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, walking paths. Parking is on-street or a nearby lot. Note that the hotel restaurant is not open Sunday and Monday. Clean rooms and comfortable bed but it we were not able to cool the room adequately."

"THIS PLACE WAS OVER AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!! I'M SO GLAD TO HAVE WITNESSED IT FOR MYSELF!! THE HOME WAS SUPER CLEAN AND THE PROPERTY WAS WELL GROOMED!!! THE HOST WAS VERY COURTEOUS INFORMATIONAL POLITE FAST RESPONDING AND OVERALL A GREAT PERSON!! THIS PLACE WAS EXCITING FROM ROOM TO ROOM AND THE AMENITIES WERE AWESOME!! A VERY NICE PONTOON AND GOLF CART WITH UNLIMITED FUEL!!! WOW!! THE AREA IS SO QUIET AND PEACEFUL. THE VIEW OF THE LAKE FROM THE HOME AND THE LAKE ITSELF WAS AN AMAZING VIEW. THE PEOPLE IN TOWN WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE STORES AND RESTAURANTS WERE DEFINITELY GREAT AS WELL. THIS PLACE IS FOR SURE A 20 OUT OF 5 EASY!! MY WIFE AND I CELEBRATED OUR ANNIVERSARY AND IT DEFINITELY GAVE US SOME SPEECHLESS MEMORIES WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!"

"House was very clean and cozy. The backyard was large in size and the hot tub sat on a cute back patio. The house is close to town and an excellent spot to relax while in Greenville, MI. Definitely would rent again."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and there was lots of different spaces where we could, as a large group, sit and visit together- big kitchen table, bonfire area, a couple decks over looking the late. The kitchen is very well stocked as far as plates, silverware, bowls, small appliances and two refrigerators on the main floor. One suggestion, bring some toilet paper, we ran out in one bathroom the day we checked in and were very low in the other bathrooms so had to run pick some up. The Scooby Doo hidden bookcase door is super cool and the mattresses in this place were amazing, several of us noted how well we slept because the beds were so comfortable. Great stay over all!!"

"The house was well represented. Beds were soft but comfortable. Take extras for coffee if you like coffee in the morning, no creamer or splenda in the house. Overall a great stay!"

"We had a great time, We stayed earlier in August and enjoyed ourselves as well although the weather was much better then! We were able to see one really good sunset though. We look forward to our next visit."
